Yes. The Free plan is free forever. You only pay when you need more members, unlimited PIREPs, or advanced features.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.
What happens after the 14-day Pro trial?+
If you do not upgrade, your community automatically returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
Do my pilots need to pay?+
No. Pilots use Vector for free forever. Only community owners pay for the community plan.
How do I pay?+
Credit or debit card via Stripe. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Full refund within 7 days if you are not satisfied, no questions asked.
